TO IMPLEMENT THE ANTROPOCRACY

L’Antropocrazia è nata dall’osservazione spassionata della realtà (esteriore ed interiore) e dalla elaborazione dei corrispondenti concetti attraverso la creatività logica.

The Antropocracy originates in the unbiased analysis of the truth (outer and inner) and in the elaboration of the equivalent concepts through logical creativity.

Volendo esaminare il problema dell’attuazione pratica dell’Antropocrazia la partenza viene individuata nell’esigenza di realizzare la fiscalità monetaria.

If we were to examine the problem of the practical implementation of Antropocracy,  the starting point would be the necessity to realize the monetary fiscality.

Ciò perché si è visto che l’origine primaria dell’impoverimento del mondo è da attribuire alla fiscalità reddituale che scaricandosi, attraverso il meccanismo dei prezzi, va tutta a gravare sulle fasce deboli della popolazione, cioè sui poveri e su coloro che vivono di reddito da lavoro.

That because we have seen that the main reason of the world impoverishment is due to the income levy that by affecting the prices, weights fully on the weakest segments of the population, e.g. on the poor ones and on those who earn a living thanks to their job income.

Superato lo sbalordimento derivante da tale elementare constatazione e dalla mancanza della presenza di tale tematica nel campo degli studi sociologici, accingiamoci ad esaminare le procedure necessarie per risolvere tale problema.

Once overcome the wonder deriving from such an elementary ascertainment and from the lack of visibility of this subject in the field of sociological studies, let’s start examining the procedures necessary to solve this problem.

La Costituzione Italiana dice all’Art.53.“Tutti sono tenuti a concorrere alle spese pubbliche in ragione della loro capacità contributiva. Il sistema tributario è informato a criteri di progressività.”

The Italian Constitution states (Art. 53): “All citizens have the duty to contribute to public expenses proportionately to their tax paying capacity.The taxation system is based on  criteria of progressiveness.”

Con la vigente fiscalità reddituale avviene esattamente l’opposto cioè che il sistema tributario grava tutto sulle fasce deboli dei Cittadini.

With the current income taxation system, it happens exactly the opposite, i.e. the fiscal system weighs completely on the weak segments of the population.

Ipotizzando di ricorrere alla Corte Costituzionale per fare eliminare tale assurda incongruenza e proponendo in contropartita il progetto della Fiscalità Monetaria che realizza a pieno le esigenze definite nell’Art.53 sopra riportato, ed immaginando di vedere riconosciuta la fondatezza di tale richiesta di correzione legislativa, nascerebbero a questo punto un’altra difficoltà che andiamo ad illustrare.

If we were to appeal to the Constitutional Court in order to eliminate such an absurd contradiction and to propose as an alternative the plan of the Monetary Fiscality that fulfils completely the needs defined in the above mentioned Art. 53, and see the legitimacy of this request of legislative amendment aknowledged, then another problem would arise. Let’s take a look at it.

Lo spostamento di tutto il prelievo fiscale dal settore economico alla Massa Monetaria produrrebbe una forte diminuzione dei prezzi di mercato, ipotizzata in almeno il 50% del precedente livello, con la conseguenza, da un lato del raddoppio vantaggioso di tutti i precedenti redditi da lavoro dipendente, da pensioni o sussidi, e, dall’altro si avrebbe un notevole inconveniente.

The shift of all the levies from the economic field to the Monetary Mass would produce a heavy reduction of the market prices, estimated at at least 50% of the previous level, resulting, on one hand in a positive doubling of all the previous yields coming from non self-employed work, from pensions or state subsidies, and on the other hand, in a remarkable drawback.

Tale inconveniente è dato dalla conseguita abnorme competitività della produzione economica nazionale, nel mercato mondiale, con la necessità della correzione di tale inconveniente con la rivalutazione della lira del corrispondente 50%.

This drawback is due to the achieved abnormal competitiveness of the economic national production, in the world-wide market, with the resulting need to correct this disadvantage by revaluating the Lira for the equivalent 50%.

Ciò è reso impossibile dagli accordi di Maastricht che hanno vincolato una volta e per tutte la parità tra i valori delle monete dei Paesi aderenti alla Comunità Economica Europea.

This is made impossible by the Maastricht agreements that have tied up once and for all the parity between the value of the currencies of the European Economic Community member countries.

Nel supremo interesse dei diritti dei Cittadini Italiani, pertanto, la Corte Costituzionale dovrebbe chiedere al Governo di uscire da tale Comunità, per consentire l’equità fiscale prevista dalla Costituzione Italiana, salvo successivamente a rientrarvi a seguito di nuovi accordi.

Therefore, in the supreme interest of the rights of Italian Citizens, the Constitutional Court should ask the Government to withdraw from this Community, so as to allow the equity of taxation provided for by the Italian Constitution, except that the Government could subsequently re-enter it according to new agreements

Quanto sopra descritto scaturisce da una corretta analisi logica degli elementi che concorrono a determinare l’ormai insopportabile progressivo impoverimento dei Cittadini Italiani.

What described above originates in a  unbiased logical analysis of the elements that concur to determine the by now unbearable progressive impoverishment of Italian Citizens.
