L'Antropocrazia è un progetto sociale corrispondente alle esigenze di ogni Essere Umano.

Chi esamina spassionatamente tale progetto trova in esso la descrizione di una Società contenente tutti gli aspetti positivi dell’attuale Civiltà, con la scomparsa di quelle aberrazioni che rendono a molti estremamente doloroso e spesso tragico il rapporto con il sociale.

Who examines this plan objectively finds in it the description of a Society containing all the positive features of the current Civilization, with the disappearance of those aberrations that make for many people the relationship with the society extremely painful and often tragic.

Se si confronta il contenuto del Progetto Antropocratico con tutte le enunciazioni costituzionali si constata che in esso è presente il meglio delle aspirazioni sociali promesse da tutte le Costituzioni e mai realizzate a pieno nella Storia.

If we compare the content of the Antropocratic Plan to all the constitutional principles, we observe that the best of the social aspirations promised by all the Constitutions and never fully realized in our History is contained in the Antropocratic Plan.

Il contrasto tra le enunciazioni politiche e la realtà di tutti i giorni è dovuto alla impossibilità di realizzare gli ideali proposti dalle varie ideologie, a causa di alcuni errori culturali che hanno causato, attraverso la loro estrinsecazione legislativa, condizioni patologiche agli organismi sociali.

The contrast between the political principles and the every day reality is due to the impossibility to realize the ideals proposed by the several ideologies, because of some cultural mistakes that have caused, through their legislative expression, pathological problems to the social organisms.

Cominciamo con l’esaminare il problema del valore del denaro.

In tale campo dominano ancora concezioni derivanti dal passato tutte riassumibili nel concetto che la moneta debba avere un valore intrinseco o quanto meno debba essere garantita da istituzioni detenenti valori reali universalmente accettati a copertura delle emissioni monetarie.

Anche se vari studiosi hanno evidenziato chiaramente che la moneta non è un valore primario ma un valore mutuato dal valore delle merci esistenti sul mercato, e con cui la moneta convenzionalmente viene scambiata, tuttavia nella pratica delle emissioni monetarie da parte delle Banche Centrali, dotate di indipendenza e quindi private a tutti gli effetti, viene attuato l’errato principio che la fonte del valore è costituita dal patrimonio di tali banche e che le emissioni sono di proprietà delle stesse che addebitano coloro che ricevono il denaro, compresi gli Stati, del valore di quanto stampato.

Il problema sarà risolto quando la moneta sarà considerata di proprietà del Popolo.

L'Antropocrazia realizza tale esigenza indicando nelle emissioni per la fornitura del Reddito di Cittadinanza ai Cittadini e dei mezzi monetari per la gestione della Struttura Pubblica, come l’unica forma corretta e legittima di emissione monetaria.

Chi è entrato nello spirito del Progetto Antropocratico acquista presto la convinzione che esso sia l’unica via d’uscita dall’attuale caotica situazione sociale e se osserva attentamente gli eventi politici e sociali noterà presto che la realtà si muove, da punti diversi, verso la realizzazione di tale progetto, in forza di quanto la realtà andrà imponendo anche a coloro che sono duri a capire.

Chi ha fatto proprio lo spirito di tale Progetto ritrova in sé la speranza nel futuro e si allontana dal tunnel della disperazione in cui finirebbe se non trovasse la luce delle idee positive contenute in tale progetto.

Alla Speranza è necessario aggiungere un atteggiamento di fiducia nelle forze buone del Progresso ed una ferma ed amorevole determinazione a fare, nel proprio piccolo, quanto possibile per non aggiungere male al male.
