THE VALUES FOR ANTROPOCRACY

Un valore è un bene, materiale o immateriale, capace di soddisfare un bisogno, rispettivamente materiale o immateriale.

A value is a good, material or immaterial, that can satisfy a need, material or immaterial respectively.

Il giudizio su un valore è di stretta pertinenza individuale.

The judgment on a value is only up to the Individual.

Se un valore venisse imposto alla coscienza individuale violerebbe il principio di Libertà.

If the individual conscience was forced to accept a value, then it would violate the principle of Freedom.

I bisogni sono di natura materiale o immateriale (affettivi o conoscitivi).

The needs are of material or immaterial nature (affective or cognitive).

Per la soddisfazione dei bisogni immateriali ci attiviamo interiormente per cercare i corrispondenti valori, o per produrli qualora non riuscissimo a trovarli disponibili.

For the satisfaction of the immaterial needs we activate our inner energies to look for the equivalent values, or to create them in case we were not successful in finding them.

Per la soddisfazione dei bisogni materiali ci rivolgiamo ai prodotti della Natura prelevandoli o elaborandoli secondo le nostre esigenze.

For the satisfaction of the material needs we avail of the products of Nature taking them as such or processing them according to our needs.

Le disponibilità in eccesso possono permettere lo scambio con produzioni di altri.

The excess of resources can allow exchanges with other people’s goods.

Una Comunità con scambi di prodotti (baratto) limita la produttività individuale data la ristrettezza fisica del mercato.

A Community that avails of exchanges of products (barter) limits the individual productivity given physical limitations of the market

Allargandosi il mercato nasce l’esigenza della creazione di segni monetari capaci di rendere possibile lo sfasamento tra il momento della vendita e quello dell’acquisto.

When the market increases, we have the need to create monetary signs that can differentiate the sale from the purchase.

I componenti di tale comunità allargata potrebbero convenire di creare una certa massa monetaria cartacea recante la firma di tutti i componenti, per evitare la possibilità di falsificazioni, e suddivisa pariteticamente tra tutti i componenti.

The members of this broadened community could agree to create a certain monetary base in notes, signed by all members to avoid the possibility of counterfeiting, and equally distributed among all of them .

Tale creazione dovrebbe essere preceduta da accordi per il compenso a coloro che si attivassero per realizzarla.

Such creation should be preceded by agreements for the compensation of those who activate themselves to create it.

Evidentemente i costi relativi sarebbero modesti e non sottrarrebbero alla produzione globale che una modestissima quota di prodotti.

Clearly the relative costs would be modest and they would only subtract a small product quota from the global production.

Volendo allargare il mercato a comunità sempre più ampie si potrebbe convenire di creare un organo di emissione monetaria, per adeguare costantemente la massa monetaria alle esigenze della circolazione.

If we wanted to extend the market to always larger communities, we could agree to create an authorithy for monetary issuing, to constantly adjust the monetary base to the needs of money circulation.

La possibilità della falsificazione renderebbe necessario di porre tale funzione sotto la protezione di convenzioni giuridiche (Leggi).

The danger of the counterfeiting would require to place this function under the protection of legal conventions (Laws).

Per rendere automatico l’adeguamento della massa monetaria, sarebbe sufficiente la creazione di un organo di emissione monetaria (super-computer) che mensilmente versasse a tutti i componenti della comunità una somma di mantenimento in vita (reddito di cittadinanza) con moneta datata, rendendo così possibile annualmente una decurtazione monetaria (ad esempio dell’8%) come contropartita delle emissioni per reddito di cittadinanza.

To make the adjustment of the monetary base automatic, it would be sufficient to create an authority in charge of money issuing (super-computer ) that gave to the community members a certain amount of income )(citizenship yield) on a monthly basis by means of dated currency, so as to allow a yearly monetary curtailment  (for example 8%) as a return for the issuing due to the citizenship yield.

Con ciò la massa monetaria tenderà a stabilizzarsi su valori dipendenti dall’ammontare delle emissioni e delle decurtazioni.

This way the monetary base will tend to stabilize on values dependent on the amount of money issuing and money curtailing.

Se quanto emesso supera quanto decurtato, la massa monetaria crescerà e viceversa.

If the money issued exceeds the money curtailed, the monetary base will grow or decrease.

Naturalmente anche i costi della struttura giuridica e di quella per le emissioni e per le decurtazioni sarebbero pagati con emissioni monetarie datate, sulla base di approvazione dei bilanci preventivi.

Of course also the costs for the legal structure and for the authority in charge of money issuing and curtailing would be paid by dated monetary emissions, after the approval of budgets.

Mentre attualmente la partita doppia tra le emissioni della Banca d’Italia e lo Stato viene realizzata (con evidente errore di logica) con la registrazione in avere della Banca e in dare dello Stato, creando la base del debito pubblico e di un aggravio delle imposizioni fiscali reddituali, con il metodo indicato tale contropartita sarebbe automatica e si realizzerebbe da un lato con la registrazione in dare del conto del Cittadino presso il Super-computer ed in avere del conto del Cittadino in cui il reddito di cittadinanza viene versato; dall’altro, nei momenti delle decurtazioni annuali, registrando in dare il conto bancario del Cittadino ed in avere il conto dello stesso presso il Super-computer.

Currently the double entry between the emissions of the Italian Central Bank and the State is realized (with an obvious logical error) by recording the credits of the Central Bank and debts of the State and creates the base of the public debt and an increase of the income based taxation. On the contrary, thanks to above mentioned method such entry would be automatic and it would come true on one hand by recording the debts of Citizen’s account on the Super-computer and the credits of Citizen’s account in which the citizenship income is lodged; on the other hand, during the annual curtailments, by recording the debts of the Citizen’s bank account and the credits of the same on the Super-computer.

Con ciò il saldo del Super-computer sarebbe sempre nullo.

This way the Super-computer would always have a balanced budget.

Il reddito di cittadinanza eliminerebbe il rischio dell’indigenza connesso a situazioni avverse soggettive od oggettive.

The citizenship yield would eliminate the risk of poverty connected to adverse events, both subjective and objective.

L’economia fiorirebbe in quanto nel libero mercato la continua immissioni di nuove Aziende con prodotti qualitativamente migliori, a prezzi inferiori, e la corrispondente morte di Aziende obsolete, rivaluterebbe costantemente la moneta rendendo sopportabilissima la decurtazione monetaria annuale dell’8%.

The economy would flourish because in a free market the constant entry of new Companies with qualitatively better products, at lower prices, and the contextual death of obsolete Companies, would constantly revalue the currency making the annual monetary curtailment of 8% much easier to cope with.

La morte delle Aziende obsolete non costituirebbe un dramma per gli addetti, in presenza del reddito di cittadinanza, ed offrirebbe a costoro la possibilità di riqualificazione e riflusso verso aziende vitalmente operanti.

The death of obsolete Companies would not be a tragedy  for the employees thanks to the citizenship yield, and would offer to them an opportunity to become more qualificated and move to more dynamic companies.

Con l’introduzione della moneta i produttori di beni, nell’immetterli sul mercato, attribuendo loro un prezzo, dichiarandosi con ciò disposti a cedere una certa quantità di prodotto contro una certa quantità di moneta, creano l’unica base necessaria e sufficiente per la nascita del valore reale del denaro.

With the introduction of currency the  producers of goods, when allocating their goods on the market, attributing them a price and declaring to be ready to give away a certain amount of their assets in exhange for a certain amount of currency, create the only necessary and sufficient base for the birth of the real value of money.

Da ciò deriva che gli unici legittimati a prendere decisioni in campo monetario sono i Produttori di beni economici, con esclusione di qualsiasi altro soggetto.

From this we gather that that the only ones authorized to make decisions in the monetary field are the Producers of economic assets, with exclusion of any other subject.

In quanto descritto è contenuto l’essenziale per farsi un quadro soddisfacente di un sano organismo sociale.

The description above contains the essential information to have a satisfactory idea of what a healthy social organism looks like.
